Business Killers is a unique, educational workshop. The Business Killers name refers to the six common mistakes that can destroy a business and compromise everyone involved. Each of the six modules dramatizes a critical error in planning and protecting a business and the impact on the owner’s financial future. It is an interactive workshop that lets you examine your own situation using an entertaining presentation format.

A graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, Cheryl started her career after graduate school as a fashion buyer with Federated Department Stores. Next, she worked in a family business and then a startup company as the marketing director before becoming licensed to sell insurance and investments products. With close to thirty years of experience in the financial services industry, Cheryl has demonstrated success in training and developing new representatives and coaching experienced representatives to take their business to the next level. She has had agency building responsibilities for twenty-two years within the MetLife Enterprise as part of two organizations serving as a Disability Specialist, Sales Manager, Associate General Manager, Co-Managing Director, and Agency Director. Now as the President and General Agent of Centric Financial Group, LLC, she is leading a dynamic group of representatives to serve clients.
Cheryl is a member of GAMA (General Agents and Managers Association), President of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, Board trustee for BalletMet, Kappa Alpha Theta Alumni, Past President of The Columbus Business & Professional Women's Organization and the Heart of Ohio Region for Business & Professional Women.
Cheryl and John have been married for close to 42 years and have live d in Worthington for over 30 years. They are the proud parents of six children; Michelle, Moriah, Justin, Christina, Amber and Angela. They are also thrilled to have two grandchildren, Otso and Oona. They are members of The Worthington Presbyterian Church.

Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She worked for MetLife as a field representative for 3 years and also as a Life and Health agent in the long term care market. Before becoming involved in insurance, Elizabeth had over 18 years experience in the medical industry working with hospitals and physician practices.Has volunteered for over 10 years as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with the Delaware County Juvenile Court System; and is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Elizabeth is als o active with the Assistance League of Metro Columbus, and a past board member for the Columbus Business and Professional Women's Organization.
